6. How can I change the status from a Preferred Customer to a Brand Partner?
The only way for you to change the status of a Preferred Customer to a Brand Partner is by sending an email to support@vemmaeurope.com with the name of the person and their VID number and we will confirm the changes to you via email.
7. How can I cancel my Autoship?
The only way to cancel your Autoship is to email support@vemmaeurope.com and supply us with your full name and Vemma ID number and we will send a confirmation of cancellation to you via email.
Please send your cancellation request to us at least 2 business days prior to your batch date.
Kindly note that an Autoship cannot be cancelled for a certain time period, i.e. for one month only.
8. Who can ask for the cancellation of a particular account or Autoship?
Autoship cancellations can be requested by the Brand Partner/Preferred Customer who is the holder of the account or their personal Enroller.
Membership cancellations can only be requested by the owner of the account.
9. How can I place a Personal Order as a Preferred Customer?
Please take the following steps to place a personal order as a Preferred Customer:

- Click the Product Reorder-option and type in your Vemma ID number.

12. How can I enroll new people?
Please take the following easy steps to enroll a new person:
- Go to your personal vemma.eu-website.
- Click JOIN VEMMA NOW.
- It will then ask you for the country in which the person who you intend to enroll lives in.
- Please choose if the person wants to become a Brand Partner or a Preferred Customer.
- It will now take you through the easy process of signing up new people.
Alternatively, you can sign up a new Brand Partner/Preferred Customer via your own back-office, so please go to the Genealogy-section in your back-office and click the Diagrammatic-option and then choose an empty position where you wish this new Brand Partner/Preferred Customer to be placed and follow then the easy instructions.
13. How can I create the username and password?
Please take the following easy steps to create the username and password:
- Go to www.vemma.com/backoffice.
- Please click the “Create Account”-option on your right hand side.
- Type in your Vemma ID number that you received when you joined Vemma.
- Next in the Username box type a Username of your choice. Please note the username has to be at least 6 characters long.
- Next in the New Password box type a password of your choice.
- Re-type the password that you have just created.
- Next in the Secret Question box type a question of your choice i.e. what is my mother’s name?
- Next in the Answer box type the answer to your secret question i.e. Maria.
- Press Submit and you will now have access to your back-office.
14. How can I change my username and password?
Please take the following easy steps in order to change your username and password:
- Go to www.vemma.com/backoffice and login with your existing username and password.
- Go to My Account-section and then on the right, please click the Password Change-option.
- Type in the required boxes and press Submit.
15. How can I get my username and password if I have forgotten them?

It is against Vemma Policies and Procerdures to create more than one account per person unless the second account is registered under a business name (company).
If a duplicate account is created, we always have to cancel the account that has been created as the latter.
30. What is the difference between a Brand Partner and a Preferred Customer?
Brand Partners are able to earn bonuses and they have access to their own vemma.eu-website and back-office.
Preferred Customers are not able to earn bonuses, nor do they have access to their own site and back-office.

1. Why was the product name was changed to Vemma Premium?
Vemma Premium is a new and improved blockbuster formula, designed specifically to meet the daily nutritional needs of modern Europeans. The product is a balanced formulation of 7 potent botanicals, vitamins, and essential minerals, such as magnesium, zinc, calcium, as well as over 70 trace and ultra-trace minerals derived from inland sea salt (OmniMin™). The new, botanical-rich formula includes mangosteen – for energy and muscle function, and containing one of the most powerful antioxidants found in nature, as well as tart cherry, quercetin, aloe vera, green tea, broccoli sprout sulphoraphane and resveratrol. 2. Why have the amounts of certain vitamins and minerals been changed in Vemma Premium?

3. Does the Vemma Premium contain new ingredients?

4. Why are only some of the minerals listed on the Vemma Premium label?
European laws require that only added mineral sources be declared on labels. If a natural food ingredient naturally contains minerals in trace or ultra-trace amounts, labeling laws require that these minerals and their amounts should not be declared.
5. I’ve noticed that Vemma Premium contains higher amounts of certain minerals, for example, calcium, magnesium, iodine, zinc and few others. Why is that?
These amounts are considerably greater to ensure that Europeans will obtain the optimal amount when combined with the minerals ingested with their daily food. Europeans tend to be deficient in different minerals compared with, say, Americans largely because of differences in the naturally occurring minerals in their agricultural soils and water.
6. If you shake a bottle of Vemma Premium, pour it into a clear glass and leave it, the ingredients seem to settle out at the bottom of the glass to form a sediment. Why does this happen?
Many of the ingredients are water soluble, but a few minerals and botanicals are only partially soluble. This means that even if you shake your Vemma Premium bottle before pouring or drinking, some sediment may appear if it rests for a while. The solution? Always shake well before consuming so you get all the goodness in the right balance — the label will remind you!
7. Can you please explain the presence of "E numbers” on the Vemma Premium label?
A common misconception is that E numbering applies only to artificial and synthetic ingredients, but E numbers are assigned to any food additives. Additionally, many companies don’t declare E numbers if they are using natural or nature-identical ingredients. At Vemma, if an E-number has been allocated, we list it to make sure there is no confusion over ingredients and ensure compliance in all EU Member States.
Vemma Premium contains the following:
E160c (paprika oleoresin) is also known as paprika extract. It's a natural oil- soluble extract from bell peppers. It is commonly used as a natural food-colorant in cheese, orange juice, sauces and sweets. It's used in Vemma Premium for its natural coloring properties.
E415 (xanthan gum) is a natural, gluten-free carbohydrate used in dairy products and salad dressings as a thickening agent and stabilizer. Xanthan gum prevents ice crystals from forming in ice creams. It's used in Vemma Premium as a stabilizer.
E452(i) (Sodium polyphosphate) – this is a mineral stabilizer consisting simply of sodium and phosphorus. It helps to prevent minerals from dissociating in storage which can lead to off-flavors.
E202 (potassium sorbate) is the potassium salt in sorbic acid. It is a food preservative used in many items such as cheese, wine, and yogurt, and baked goods to fight off molds and yeasts. There are no known adverse health effects from potassium sorbate in the quantities used in Vemma Premium. The benzoates, on the other hand (i.e., sodium or potassium benzoate), have been shown to be potentially harmful, and are therefore not used in Vemma Premium.
All of the E-substances used in Vemma Premium are safe and are found in the older Vemma formula,
but were not disclosed on the label due to different U.S. labeling requirements.
8. To summarize, what is the difference between the new and old formula?
